Refund Policy

We don't accept cancellations or refunds, as our products are handmade.

We are not responsible for misdelivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. If your package states it was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the carrier. No refund will be issued if your order states it was delivered. No refund will be issued if your order is delayed.

Exchange Policy

This is only for some products, it doesn't apply to every product! Please read each category for instructions.

We work hard to make sure you are happy, however, if you got the wrong size it’s no problem! Just return it back to us within 3 days of receiving your shipment along with an explanation as to why you are returning your item. All items must be unworn and in new conditions, just as when it was sent. Once we receive the item, we will check the item and if the item is in good standing, we will contact you through email and we will be glad to replace your item. Please note that you are responsible for paying return shipping. 

Dog Attire:   We will only do an exchange for the same item bought. If the size of the dog attire was too small or too big, you will only get an exchange if you contact us through email letting us know about the size issue and what size you would like to exchange it for. The dog attire has to be sent to us within 3 days of receiving your shipment. The dog attire cannot be exchanged if it is ripped or comes with hair, and is not neatly folded - overall if it is not received as it was sent. Please note that you are responsible for paying return shipment. Unless item was sold FINAL SALE, it won’t be exchanged!

Jewelry:  All the items in the Jewelry category will not be exchanged at all. FINAL SALE!

Dog Mom Clothes:  We will only do an exchange for the same item bought. If the size of the Dog Mom Clothes was too small or too big, you will only get an exchange if you contact us through email letting us know about the size issue and what size you would like to exchange it for. The Dog Mom Clothing has to be sent to us within 3 days of receiving your shipment. The Dog Mom Clothes cannot be exchanged if it is ripped or comes with hair, and is not neatly folded - overall if it is not received as it was sent. Gifts:  All the items in the Gifts category will NOT be exchanged at all. They’re FINAL SALE!
